Shipping & Returns

Processing & tracking:

Orders will be processed within 1-3 days after purchase.

Unfortunately, I'm the only one running the shop while working full-time and attending school. 

Orders will be shipped as untracked stamps. Currently, I'm unsure if I will be able to provide tracked shipping. This can very much change in the future, I'll keep you posted!

International shoppers:

At the moment, I'm unable to ship internationally. I'm very sorry and will figure out a way in the future.

Shipment issues:

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact me, and I will help you arrange a replacement or refund. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order and contact me immediately if you notice a mistake. Changes cannot be made once a package is dropped at the postal office.

Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final; I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality, but I am human, and slight mistakes may still make it through. Colors may appear differently on different screens or vary slightly between print batches, but I try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible for your shopping experience. Your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem.
